Please read this privacy policy before using our site or the asTech Connect application or submitting any personal information. Changes will be posted and only apply to activities and information on a going forward, not retroactive basis. asTech® may use cookie and tracking technology on this site. Cookies are useful for gathering information related to browser type and operating system, or in order to track the number of visitors and understand how visitors use the site. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies; however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties. 

Commitment to Data Security 

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings. 

Text Messaging (SMS) 

If you provide a mobile number for a work order in asTech Connect, we use it only in connection with that work order, including to contact you about it, and to keep records of text message consent and opt-outs. If you select Text as the contact method, this may include one automated text message from asTech Scan Alerts letting you know that the scan is complete and the asTech device can be disconnected from the vehicle. We do not use your mobile number for marketing. 

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 

You can stop the automated asTech Scan Alerts text messages at any time by replying STOP to any of them, by contacting asTech Customer Service at 1-888-486-1166, or by any other reasonable means. Reply HELP to any of them for help. Message and data rates may apply. If you do not want text messages about a work order, choose Chat or Phone as its contact method.
