The Connect app continues to evolve with new features and enhancements designed to help you work more efficiently and stay informed throughout the repair process. Here are three ways to make sure you're getting the most from your experience.

Stay Informed with Push Notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled on your device so you can receive real-time updates from Connect. Push notifications let you know when your service is complete and your device can be safely disconnected, helping you stay informed without having to constantly check the app.


Update to the Latest Version of Connect

To take advantage of the latest features, performance improvements, and critical fixes, ensure you are running the newest version of the Connect app (Version 9.0.7). Recent updates include important enhancements to our chat functionality, helping provide a more reliable and seamless support experience.

To update your Connect app:

  • On the All-In-One, open the Settings menu.
  • Select Updates.
  • Click Update Now.

Enhanced Chat Makes Support Easier

Need to share additional information with our support team? You can now upload
photos and documents directly within chat to help provide context and resolve
issues faster.

Supported file formats include:

  • JPEG, JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, WEBP

Files up to 25 MB can be uploaded, making it easy to share photos, screenshots,
and supporting documentation directly from the app.

Shelter.

For over 40 years, Genesis Women’s Shelter & Support has provided safety, shelter
and support to thousands of women and children experiencing domestic abuse.
Donor support helps Genesis remove all obstacles a woman may face on her path
to healing from the trauma of abuse.
