User Feedback rating tool.
After each scan, you’ll have the opportunity to rate your experience and share
feedback directly. Whether it’s recognition for excellent service or suggestions for
how we can improve, your insights help us fine-tune our performance and raise the
bar across the board.
This launch is part of a broader initiative to strengthen how we gather and act on
customer input. From targeted surveys to streamlined communication tools, we’re
building a more responsive, customer-centric experience—because we’re
committed to being your most trusted and relied upon vendor partner.
